misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or failure to follow instructions in the manual. This warranty does not cover units that have been
modified or altered. When returning the device for repair, the owner pays shipping costs to us, and we pay shipping costs from us to the
owner. Before sending to repair, please email us.
Complaints:
You have 14 days after receiving our product to notify us by email that you would like to send the item back for repair or replace it,
if the device doesn't work correctly. We will inform you how to return it and after receiving our product, we will check it within 7 days
and contact you. After that we will send it back repaired or replaced within 1-3 working days. We can also pay the refund. Refund is paid
within 1 working day.
